Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges
a. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for all clothing items purchased through our website.
b. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order.
c. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
d. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team or fill out the return/exchange form on our website.
e. Returns/exchanges are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the items do not meet our return policy criteria.

2. Refunds
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
c. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.

3. Exchanges
a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team or indicate your preference on the return/exchange form.
b. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

4. Return Shipping

b. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped yet. Once an order is shipped, it falls under our return policy.
